Hermetic Pressure Leaf Filter

Pressure Leaf Filter is designed for easy operation and maintenance. The Leaf Filter as Tank type, having a set of vertical Leaves mounted on collective manifold and the whole assembly then embedded in a vertical cylindrical Tank. Either Electrical or Pneumatic vibrator has been provided which allows an uniform and gentle vibration to all the Leaves, To drain out the dried cakes, an arrangement for Butterfly Valve has been provided at the bottom. 

Advantages of Pressure Leaf Filter over Plate and Frame type Filter Press

a) Very less area required for installation. 
b) Contact of Oil to air is completely eliminated thus avoiding open filtration 
     and therefore resulting fine quality in closed filtration. 
c) No separate man power is essential even bleacher operator can operate. 
d) Operating floor remains neat and clean.
e) Filter cloth is not used hence no consumption of filter cloth. 
f) A proportional vibratory system allows uniform and smooth vibration to all  
    the screens resulting a smooth discharge of cakes outside the house   
    through chute.
